I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable that sales person was when I made my bike purchase. He made sure it was the right fit for me and also corrected my bad riding habits. They are busy, but that is because they are good. I was alittle over welmed by all of the selections but that is because they have something for everyone.
Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable! I had trouble finding the right dropper post lever and he directed me right to the perfect product. I would totally recommend this shop for parts and service!

Visited Danny's Pelham store on Saturday, June 14th to have an issue with my rear wheel fixed. Both employees were courteous and professional. They were able to solve my problem. I also visited Danny's Scarsdale on Friday, June 13th and purchased two tubes. Outstanding customer service at both locations.

As a walk-in customer, old naive and out of shape, Max took one look at me and said "I've got the perfect bike for you!" Standing 6'5" tall, and weighing in at 275 lbs, it was hard for me to find a cycle to fit me. All my questions answered, and needs met with a great sense of experience and support required to get me on the right track.
