Alex is a great manager. All of the staff are lovely, helpful, knowledgeable, and will do research. One time, I couldn't get my darn pump to add air to my tires and I was far north on a wooded trail. Thank goodness I had cell phone reception. My guys at Danny's Cycles walked me through it and I ended up having a great, scenic ride. Sigh!

The service was amazing. Sales person was consistently keeping us up on timing of when the bike was coming in. Then when it did, the stickers didn’t look right and they sent it back and got a new one for us.
