This was our first time buying a bike in store. We didn't really know what we were doing and what to look for. The gentlemen who helped us made everything very easy. He knew exactly what we should be looking for and made sure that the bike we got for our daughter was the perfect fit. The bike we chose was tuned and delivered the next day which we thought was fantastic. If we ever find ourselves in need of a new bike (or a tuneup on the current one) we will most definitely return.
