Friendly and efficient. So glad I stopped by in person. I needed to get a 24” wheeled kids bike and thought my only choices would be the $500 specialized or trek but not only did you have a cheaper Metro option but it was on sale and in the color they wanted to boot. Big win. Would def buy from you guys again.

It was my first time there after moving to the area recently and having a bad experience with another bike shop slightly closer to me. Charlie was fantastic; he was able to fix the problem (needed a new cassette) in just a few minutes and caught a different important problem (needed a whole new wheel). The prices were fair and the service was quick, with good work done and excellent communication.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. My son broke the brakes on his bike and they were honest and only fixed/changed the parts that were absolutely necessary. No tricks. They also had it done the next day. These guys are awesome
