Consistently great experiences. First, they are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Second, they know what they’re doing. Third, unlike most bike shops around Stamford, they are often able to do minor adjustments and repairs without asking you to leave the bike overnight. I am more than satisfied with every interaction I have had with this bike shop.

Hours were posted as opening at 11 am. I got there at 10:30 and noticed some people inside so went to check the door figuring maybe they had changed. It was locked but next thing I knew, one of the guys came to the door, opened it and invited me in. They found me the bike shorts I was looking for and I made my purchase without having to come back later. THAT is customer service !!!

First, everyone is VERY nice. Second, they are extremely accommodating to their customers. Last, they are the only local bike shop that is willing to do quick adjustments without asking you to leave the bike overnight. THAT IS HUGE AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
I much prefer the Rye Brook store to the Scarsdale location. Christiana is awesome, my bike never rides better than when the techs at Rye Brook tune up my bikes, sorry Scarsdale...... The entire vibe is more relaxed, though I imagine you do 1/10th the business from the Rye Brook store. In any case, this is my home base.

The people working there are so helpful and approachable. My daughter came out happy that she got the bike in the color she wanted. I also bought bikes for myself and my husband. It's hands down the best place to test out and pick out a bike. They have alot of options to customize your bike and offer 13 months free tune up service. When my son needs a bike I'll definitely be going here.
