I had a tricky problem that took the mechanics several tries to identify. They kept in touch with me how things were going. When they identified the problem they told me due to supply chain issues they were not able to get the part quickly. They showed me how I could get the part myself. After I delivered it to them, they fixed it the next day and only charged me $16 for the labor, and the bike is as good as new. Thanks.
Joey was really great! He helped me a lot with my bike even if I did not purchase it from the store. Danny's Cycles will definitely be my go to store if ever I need service or things related to my bike.
