Went in to book an appointment to sort bike brakes. Mentioned another issue. Harvey sorted it there and then. Great! Above and beyond! Always friendly, informative. Dan patiently talked me through satnav/phone holders as he has done with pannier options in the past. Highly recommend. Very lucky to have them in a small town.
Abby was friendly on the phone when I called up asking if they had what I was after. She was even more helpful when I came by the shop. Another colleague initially said they might not have a helmet in stock that would work for my 7 year old. But when Abby was free, she asked some more questions, should us a couple non-obvious options and now my son has a brilliant new helmet.
Coming by on Friday to drop off my son's bike for a tune up!

Needed some disc brake pads replaced ,they replaced and did some maintenance while I waited ,very reasonable price.i used to be able to e mail the repair shop direct would like this to be back on line.Overall a very good experience.
