Rex was so helpful in my choosing a new bike. So knowledgeable about the product and took two different bikes down off the rack for me to look at. We talked at length about which bike would best suit my needs. I was able to test drive one outside. I already have a Trek bike at home in AZ and love it so I knew I wanted another one.
