All the employees seem to be very knowledgeable, and Matt in particular was amazingly patient when he was helping me decide which bike to buy, taking the time to explain things well. He had the same patient manner when I asked him questions while he recently showed me how to do a simple tune up on my bike.
Brendan was extremely helpful, I love my new ebike! It was in stock and i was able to take that day! he also said he would deliver!
