Corner Cycle is a reliable bike seller and support facility. I bought a TREK e-bike from them after extensive research and consideration. It has had a couple minor problems, both dealt with smoothly and efficiently. I bought a 2 years old unsold model, they answered and/all questions I had and got me set up from carrier to smaller accessories before the sale, as well as allowing extensive test drives and adjustment. I highly recommend them for both normal and E-Bikes.

After doing some personal research I came in to potentially purchase an e-bike. The staff took their time and explained the benefits of various bikes. I told them what I was ideally looking for and they found two possible matches. They had a couple of features I was not familiar with - the staff educated me about each feature. I borrowed a helmet and test rode each bike in the parking lot. My best match became evident very quickly.
Staff was flexible letting me put down a deposit and keeping the bike to make sure all was in working order. They also helped me select a new helmet a bike bag and a bell. Again, they gave me the time I needed to ask questions and compare products. A few days later I came to pick up my new e-bike and ride it home.
From start to finish staff gave me the time I needed and matched me with the best e-bike for my needs.

I had some problems switching my equipment from my old bike to my new purchase. It turn out some items were not compatible. Rex went out of his way to solve the problems with three items. He even switched out the handlebars in order to deal with the incompatibility problems. You can't ask for much more that that!
In addition, this the third bike I've bought from Corner Cycle. I'm a big fan of Trek bikes. And the mechanics at Corner Cycle have been excellent.

Corner Cycle has been taking care of my pedal assist bike for 4 years. They are always available to help. I regularly pop in to get my tire pressure adjusted. When my chain fell off they contacted the manufacturer and found that there was a recall on a part. This was ordered and installed quickly, free of charge. They helped me fasten my rear bike rack and fixed my rear mirror as part of the service. My yearly tune-ups have kept my bike in great shape. I have over 4000 miles on the bike so far. Thank you Corner Cycle and your wonderful staff!
