A well stocked cycling store with friendly and knowledgeable staff that are eager to answer any questions you have, and offer recommendations. Their maintenance and repair services are spot on as well.

Unfortunately I don’t live near the redwood city facility but my experience at Los Altos was always good. Service was a cut above other places. I also appreciate the hard work the owner has done on behalf of the cycling community.
Chain Reaction Bicycles (CRB) took the time to determine exactly what I needed, above and beyond what other neighboring shops, where they sold me what I thought I needed but never interjected into what would have better served my biking needs.
