Don't need to say anything about the bikes, they're Treks and are good. But, at the Gadsden store, the service was exceptional. Daniel made me feel comfortable, presented all my options without "pushing" anything, and was a pleasure to talk to.

Jeremy and the team at Trussville Cahaba Cycles helped me recently with a new bike purchase. I had a lot of special requests and particular things that I wanted to see to make it my dream bike. They didn't once say we can't do that or that's too much even though I know I was asking a lot from them. It came out perfect and I couldn't have had a better experience! They gave me the right advice and kept me informed every step of the way. The service and and overall attitude of the staff is amazing and they want to help you anyway they can. They did the same with my last bike and so when I knew when i was ready to step up to a nicer model they would take care of me. I've always had great experiences and will always use Cahaba for all my bike purchases!

We liked everything. The product line was exactly what we were looking for along with all the accessories. The customer service we received was completely amazing. The staff knew exactly what they were talking about and gave great and extensive feedback and knowledge on accessories and bikes. We are completely happy and satisfied with our family purchase!
Love the two bikes I purchased from there, person in charge was very helpful in helping me pick out the ones that were just right for us. They were very knowledgeable and good to deal with.I have recommended them to several people. If I ever need another bike, I will shop there.
Very helpful staff. They answered all of my questions and got me all the things I need without being pushy or overbearing. They even helped me assemble and install my new bike rack on my car.

Great staff and bike options. Every town should have a great local bike shop, and I'm so glad we do here.
My family and i had great experiences dealing with the staff @ cahaba cycle. We were met with a smile every time we came in the door. My wife and i purchased a bicycle and never felt pressured or degraded for our lack of knowledge. The salesman was truly accommodating and let us take as long as we needed to test ride and let the bike sell itself.
We will do business again in the near future.
It would be good if the text messages got a reply, no just make the customer get to the shop to get and answer. Also , pit the old parts / or ask the client if wants to keep them.
You had the bike I wanted at a good price. I called ahead before driving an hour and a half to have you hold it for me. Your salesman asked for my height and weight, and had the bike sized and suspension tuned when I got there.

I had never been to the store..walked in, was greeted immediately by Chris and he asked me my name. Asked what they could do for me and got me over to the other Chris at the service desk to fix my daughter’s brake on her bike. They took down my info and had the service completed in less than 1 hour. Outstanding customer experience. Thanks, Justin Truelove
