Programs and services are beneficial and free of charge. The YMCA is a known powerhouse of people geared to serve the community, work out machine services, and people with disabilities advocates. Personally served diets that will meet the needs of the public at large.

Water exercise Jesica and Valerie are very good instructors also great for my therapy and water walkimg
I really like all of the lap swim options. I also use the racket ball and weight room regularly.
I like being able to reserve a lap lane in the pool.
Love the exercise classes (Crystal, Kristin, & Stephanie are awesome!), friendly front desk staff, & encouraging members!

IT IS VERY CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED AND THE STAFF THERE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND READY TO HELP.
FOR ME LIVING AT THE JUNCTION OF US 42 AND PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD IT ONLY TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO GET TO THE YMCA FROM MY HOUSE.
I’M A 71 YEAR OLD VETERAN WHO HAS HAD TO STOP WORKING OUT FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL THEY COULD OPERATE ON MY BACK. THE GYM IS PREFECT FOR MY NEEDS.

I like everything I go there for except there needs to be more open pool time. When people work all week it’s hard to get there for the hours the pool is open. Then when people are off on Sundays the pool is closed all day.
