What do you like about our programs and activities?

First of all, the staff is amazing. So very friendly and knowledgeable. Secondly, you offer everything a person could ask for from a gym, basketball courts, swimming indoors and outdoors, a Sauna and steam room. The list goes on and on.

Haven't gotten into any programs yet, but love in door pool with whirlpool. That circle walk is great. Love pool for exercise.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I was on pulmonary rehab for awhile. What I love is they have the same machine that I used in pulmonary rehab, I love it. I’m going to try to go at least two time a week. Of course I will try some of the other machines too, but for now I’m just so excited to see those machines.

I only use the exercise equipment. Machines are well maintained, and the staff are very friendly.

I like the variety, you can choose many things to do. Ppl are friendly, the pool is high more than enough room for everyone. I’ve always been saying I wanted to workout put some of these prices at these gyms are ridiculous and here it’s free I like that my kids can be right here with me
