I only do water activities and have been mainly going to the Campbell Co. Because of the many water classes offered, especially deep water aerobics, a well as how nice your facility is, I’m finding myself at your Y more and more!!
Wonderful variety of programs and facilities. They don’t often take class but I have in the past taken a number of classes and I feel like they’re outstanding.
I love that it’s close to my home so I don’t have to drive far.
I love that not just this YMCA but pretty much every YMCA is racially and ethnically and age and socioeconomic status diverse. I really enjoy going to work out at a place where there’s so much diversity . There’s also a bit of a sense of community at least among the older folks who come in every day and hang out together.
The trainers are sooo nice and helpful. The people make you feel very welcomed. The activities availability is the best ever. It works for me and everyone.

Sue Is an amazing water fitness instructor. Her positivity and friendliness has made my experience wonderful. I joined Blue Ash Y but find ME Lyons water fitness to be a better fit for me
My primary program is lap swimming. I always appreciate the availability of enough lanes in the pools to swim comfortably. I also appreciate that the water is heated in the outdoor pool when the outside temperature drops. The water is usually clear and the ph agrees with my skin. Thanks for all the above!

I use the water walking time at the pool to excecise and socialize with friends. I appreciate that opportunity.

The fitness center and the sauna(in the Winter) are my favorites.
