The fitness studio was very nice and the instructor was very good, high energy and clear on instructions. The exercise room is very large with plenty of equipment.

Competent and helpful staff. I usually only swim laps at the Central Parkway and Lyons Ys, but have also used eliptical and rowing machines.

Perfect location for my Silver Sneakers membership and great Kid's activitiers for grandchildren. 6 yr old Grandson enrolled in basketball.

I use the weight room and don’t participate in programs. I think it is great that the Y does offer programs and activities for those who want to engage in that way.

Chris Adamson is an amazing instructor--knowledgable, skilled, and extremely pleasant to work with. Facility has ample parking and is easy to access from the main road. Pool temperature was fine and ambient temp in the 'bubble' was pleasant. Locker room was basic but clean and showers worked well.
