The dance fitness class I took with Haile was SO much fun and a great workout! I've been doing nothing but Crossfit the past few years so my Cardio isn't super strong and that class wiped me out! I loved it!!

Love the gym.. has all equipment needed! Love the pool.. just wish there where more lanes.. lap swimming can be a challenge!

AOA Classes are great and so helpful. For me, it worked better than Physical Therapy. And more cost effective.

I love the variety of classes that are offered and the instructors are all wonderful. The equipment is nice and up to date and also offers a lot of variety. I love how clean everything is as well!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have utilized Hamilton YMCA for many years without consistency, not because I was not pleased with my experiences here, but due to the work my husband and I did. Yet each time I have come home to Chattanooga Hamilton YMCA and it's great members have welcomed me back with open arms.
It is my desire to have a full lasting relationship with my Hamilton Family YMCA. I truly love my time spent each visit.
