The reminders about the appointment (day and time). The team of workers are normally on time.
Communication is great knowing the time of arrival. Cleaners are prompt and efficient. House looks great when I return.
They do a thorough job and ask if anything special is needed. I have now learned to think about it a week or so before they arrive to make a list if there is some area that needs extra attention. They are pleasant and want to do a good job. I am still reluctant to recommend because of the cost. If I were to
recommend, they would probably ask the cost and I'd rather not share that, especially since so many other housekeeping services cost less.

Convenience and dependability.
They were able to clean the tiles in my bathroom which we had never been able to clean. I love how my stovetop looks like after they have cleaned it. They bring everything they need with them. They take all trash with them.

The housekeepers, Maria and Cecilia were wonderful. My brother-in-law had just come home from the hospital. They were very considerate of him, worked very efficient and were very thorough with the cleaning. I would highly recommend them and the Merry Maids.

We have used your services for a few years now. We appreciate the fact that your crew is usually the same ladies, who have become friends. With good humor they put up with our little dogs, who bark at them every time they come.
They do a very good job, in a timely and efficient manner.
Occasionally the crew arrives outside the scheduled times. This makes scheduling our other activities something of a problem.
I suspect we might contract with a service for less money, but I think we get what we pay for.
I do not need to worry about providing materials.
The cleaning materials you use are good quality.

We love Merry Maids! They always take their time, do a great job, and are very thorough as they clean the house. We really like that they use nontoxic products in our home. We have a 5 month old baby and this is very important to us.
I like that you bring your own equipment and supplies, and I just come home to a clean house!
Professional, thorough and dependable. I like most products they bring, but prefer my own products for some things. They are willing to use mine where I want them. Love that they bring their own rags, vacuum cleaner, etc. They are also flexible within reason of special requests and preferences, and can work around my unfinished work projects, whether in my office or somewhere else in the house. I do try to remove all 'clutter' before they arrive to make it easy to vacuum all areas and dust/clean all surfaces with easy access to windows, mirrors, and shutters which they dust every time. I have very high ceilings (up tp 28') and they grab the cobwebs I can't reach. If I ever have a question or issue I can call the office and they have never disappointed me.
I love my Merry Maids team, Rosa and Mayra. They have become like family to me. I know I can count on them and they care.

The maids are efficient and use the right tools to get all the dirt and dust. The products do not leave a bad smell afterwards. The house smells clean and shines like new. I’ve tried other cleaning services whose staff take twice the time to clean our house without the results that Merry Maids gives.
The house is cleaner and smells better when Dolores and Balvina come.
