Thorough and friendly
The individuals who last visited my house for a cleaning (6/27/2018) were incredible. I've requested these individuals after the last time they cleaned my house a few months agao. I was tickled when I opened the door and there they were. Please, please ensure they are on the rotation to clean my home every 4 weeks.
I requested that they arrive 30 minutes earlier than the normal start time and they arrived promptly with time to spare.
They are professional, courteous, methodical in their routine and do a fantastic job. While I thanked them multiple times, please share my comments with them. They are an asset to Merry Maids!

Licensed, bonded and insured house cleaners who are well trained and also receive company benefits like workers comp and paid time off. The teams are professional and friendly, and while Merry Maids provides all the equipment and products they need, they are willing to use ones I prefer for some cleaning projects.
If a team member is on vacation, sick or leaves the company for whatever reason, they do not miss a step in showing up and cleaning my house. I feel free to leave when they are here because after 10 years I've never had an issue with theft or any other trust concerns leaving them alone to do their work. When I have remained in the house, I feel like I am in the way. They remind me of Mr. Clean's white tornado. They are thorough and they move fast and they accomplish more if I am out of the way. But if I am home, they are very kind to move around me as long as I do not interfere with their work.
When I need to reschedule they do their best to accommodate. The office staff is great, and if I do, on rare occasions, have an issue or concern or special request, the office staff goes above and beyond to make it all work out well.
Although my teams have changed over the years, in time each team feels like extended family to me. I don't know what I would do without them.
I like the use of non-abrasive cleaning materials, and the fragrance was very pleasant-not like a "cleaning solution" fragrance. My only criticism is that the cleaners did not vacuum under the cushions of the couch and chairs in the family room--and this first cleaning cost a lot and was supposed to be a thorough cleaning. The cleaners did vacuum after I checked and saw that it had not been done, but that should have automatically been part of the cleaning. Otherwise, everything was fine and the ladies were very pleasant.
How Thorough with the team was
The team did a very good job with this week's cleaning, and appreciate that they arrived on time as always and worked efficiently while here.
We appreciate having the same crew most of the time. The substitutes are satisfactory, but not as efficient as our regulars

I like the general approach that the MMs make toward their work and the homeowner's instructions. There have been only a couple of mishaps and they were promptly attended to.
