I like the cleaning services very much but as i have mentioned in the past, i would like to know who is coming to my house. The cleaners used to leave a card signed by each of the cleaners and detailing which room received special attention. That doesn't happen any more and i never who has been at the house. Come bonus time i am unlikely to leave a tip because i don't know who all has been there and how often.

Excellent service!! I love you guys. I sometimes wish every once in a while that a stronger cleanser could be used on tough stains, but that's a small gripe. You guys are the best :)

I love the women who come to my home! They are the nicest people! They also clean thoroughly and efficiently. I’m being treated for cancer and haven’t been able to do basic cleaning since their last visit. I was shocked it took not much longer than usual to clean what was an admittedly dusty and dirty house. Even better, Merry Maids uses non-toxic and unscented products, even more important now that my immune system is compromised and my sense of smell is more acute.
The Merry Maids way of doing things has not been equaled when I’ve tried other services. I appreciate how clean my house is, and the competence and work ethic of everyone I’ve come into contact with.

Did a fantastic job. The products they used were amazing. I always had trouble getting our laminate flooring clean without a residue showing. Whatever product they used it left the floor so clean. The bathrooms were especially clean with all the soap scrum gone. I could not be happier. My husband even commented on what a great job they did.

We love our MM crew. Recently, Belvina was concerned our cat was not drinking enough and was not using his litter box as frequently as he should. She relaxed when we told her that he was going outside more than he had previously.
