the staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. i especially like the class instructors who are very friendly yet do not push you past your physical constraints. i have used the pool numerous times. the changing facilities are always clean as is the pool and surrounding areas. i have told several people of my positive experiences and can't say enough great things about my time spent in the Y. thank you all.
lots of classes are included in membership. Like they are trying to upgrade all the time.

I have gotten stronger, have better balance, and feel better. The class is fun, I have learned a lot, and the fellowship is great!
Lots of things to do. We did all the exercise machines then played ping pong and air hockey for fun. We go as a family. Great atmosphere
The Y is great. They offer a wide range of gym equipment, classes etc. Highly recommend to everyone.
