The employees at the Y in Pasadena are very friendly. I don't have many questions but when I do, they are always answered with a smile. I noticed that some of the classes during the week have been set to an earlier time - Thank you! I am hoping that some of the classes that were changed from 5:30 to 5:00 will enable me to get to some of the classes I loved. THANK YOU!

I like the ample number of weight machines you have, plus the open space you have in the corner for stretching and floor exercises. I don't care for the new set up of weight machines, though. The clustering doesn't make sense to me and I can't find anything.

I love the active trax and there are so many pieces of equipment to use. Always something open for use. I just wish everyone would clean the equipment after using it!
I have gotten stronger and have better balance. Going to the classes in the Y is fun. I am learning and enjoying feeling better.
Due to knee surgery, I haven’t been using the Y as frequently as in the past. Currently I attend Dana’s Tuesday morning yoga class which is excellent. I signed up and took Karen’s senior fitness on Thursdays for the month of December. I have taken class from Karen for a couple of years and it is super. Before my surgery, I was at the Y 4 or 5 times each week. The people who work for the Y are friendly and welcoming.
Most of the staff is friendly, equipment is clean and in good working order. Pool is cleaner than it was in summer.

Great place for the entire family! Our 3 years old loves it. She loves the pool and daycare. My 9 year old loves the summer camp. My wife and I love to go and workout together.
