Becky emphasizes the importance of establishing good lifestyle habits such as diet and sleep as crucial elements outside the exercise room that will greatly accelerate your rate of progress and insure all your gains are sustainable.
Becky Is a treasure trove of usefull and relevant health information. She is constantly improving her knowledge through reading up on current literature and will share those links with you.

The party was great! Other places provide host but the 2 ladies that hosted our party were amazing. I didn’t have to do a thing. They severed my family pizza of their choice. Even ask beverage options before serving drinks. I wish I would have know how diligent they were going to be because I would have tipped they $20-$30 dollars a piece. They even helped my husband pack his car at the end of the party. The pool was great as alway but the hostess really made my daughter’s party amazing! I was able to get in the pool and swim with her and her friends! Best time ever!!
I love the group classes and the fact that you offer so many classes during the evening. My son loves going to kid fit class. I feel like there are so many options and can accommodate everyone's schedules.
Very positive atmosphere. Always someone available to assist or answer questions. It's clean, family oriented, friendly. Everything is accessible. I feel very comfortable whether I'm alone or with a family member.
Plenty of equipment, excellent trainers. Excellent selection of programs and activities for older members.
Gym is clean and comfortable and not intimidating to work out in. Kids Club is fantastic and staff is very friendly. Nicely maintained equipment and new floorplan works really well.
We love the Y! From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, you are greeted by every staff member with a warm smile and friendly hello! What a great feeling to be apart of something so wonderful!

Its close to home and I love the kids pool for my little. The kids pool walk in accessibility for her is nice and she loves the splash area.

I like how family oriented the center is. The classes are great too, a good variety and I enjoy the layout of the gym, being. The pool is nice and quiet and good temperature in the winter, although busy in the summer, we really enjoy coming along to the pool outdoors. The Y really serves our family needs well, something for everyone in a non-pretentious manner.

Super spin classes I would like more evening classes if possible.
One recommendation, provide more lighting in main gym where the weights are located in the morning. Its dark in that area and not appealing.

Spin room is very clean!!! And the quality and professionalism of most instructors is appreciated.
I would suggest a feedback form or survey for spin class attendees, because some spin classes are absolutely too loud to attend and the instructor or instructors for these classes sometimes are not receptive to recommendations or comments.
I'm guessing the volume of music in some spin classes exceeds what would the medical community recommendeds as a safe noise level.
The staff are extremely friendly. The facilities are always clean. My kids LOVE Stay and Play and ask to go daily (extra gym motivation). The fact that my children not only feel comfortable there but look forward to going is worth more then I can explain.

My family enjoyed the event. The staff made us feel so comfortable! The kids enjoyed the crafts and the breakfast was more than we expected.
The front desk staff are very friendly. Everything is always clean and tidy.

The new clean facility in Pasadena is GREAT. I moved from Pasadena to hanover Maryland and will not be using this ymca.
