Sign up was super easy (probably because I was already a member previously)! I liked that. I also LOVE the class schedule! The facility is big and clean, with lots of machines.

I enjoy going to the Y to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful and a the equipment is always available for use.

The cleanliness and the people who work there.

The Y in Pasadena is very welcoming and friendly. The desk associates know many by name and great everyone. The support staff is always smiling and supportive. They take not only an active roll as instructors, but also a personal and friendly approach. My family have been members since it was the Big Vanilla.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a variety of exercise equipment, and numerous free classes.

Clean and well kept

All staff are professional with adequate level of training. I always enjoying clean environment with clean equipment.
