I love it very clean and friendly staff.
We did two lessons per week for four weeks; total of 8. We had Kelly and I liked how she did a progress review twice. She was kind and my 3 year old daughter really enjoyed taking the classes!

We already submitted a suggestion at the Y to put up mirrors in the new studio facing the pool because it's a lot easier for the kids if they can see themselves (and also for the instructor) or have this class in the big studio that dies have a mirror.

I like the space and amount of equipment dedicated to functional training! We aren't taking advantage of family/child benefits, but I can see (and know from friends) that there are amazing resources in that regard.
I love the atmosphere inside the gym, I enjoy swimming so the pool is excellent. I also have a toddler and the after care program is awesome so I can drop my kid off and get in a quick workout.

There are always the machines I need available; I don’t recall many machines out of order; usually not very crowded

The Y gym area and lock rooms are well maintained. I like the convenience since it is close to where I live. The hours are great and the members/staff are courteous and friendly

Love my local Y Center. I am a regular there and it is now significant part of my life. Great facility and wonderful people. I would recommend North Plaza Y Center without reservations.
The place is very nice and clean. You have good group programs as well. Price is affordable.
My five-year-old daughter loves it at the Y in Parkville because of stay and play and the play area and of course swimming plus we are on welfare so the amount we have to pay a month is totally worth it, I am hoping to send her to summer camp but I need financial assistance and she also needs to get swim lessons but I was going to do that with camp. Also the Y staff members are awesome and extremely helpful
