I use the swimming pool for lap swimming once per week and usually have a lane to swim in in the afternoons. Also, the facility is kept relatively clean and the staff are helpful.
Helpful & friendly staff. Great facility. Pickleball program starts too early and is not long enough for eight player to participate in two games per players. Most other pickleball providers have a 3 hour session and play does not start until after 10 am.

The "Y" has been extremely helpful to me in keeping up my physical conditioning. I work out on the fitness machines for four days per week and swim at least once per week. My workouts are usually last about 45 minutes each. My only goal is to stay in as good as some of the men my age , but better than most. I will be 83 next month. I always feel good after my workout and shower to face the rest of the day.
