Staff is the friendliest than 2 other Y's I occasionally workout with. Happy to help. Greet you with a smile. Make sure your question is answered. They go out of their way to give you a positive environment to workout in!

Having back problems I stick with water exercise. There are a lot of opportunities both in range and times to enjoy these. Music is nice water not usually to cold. Great coaches. Especially enjoy water in motion

Deborah did my evaluation and instruction on machines and treadmill. She was very professional and helpful.
I’m sure I will need more assistance with the floor exercises and machines, as they come up on my Activ Trax.

I think some of the people in higher up positions should take a look at their on floor employees and learn from them in how to be courteous and friendly when there on the floor to their customers. When my employees walk into our waiting area they know to say hello and be friendly. Just a select few not all fall into this category.

Pattie K. is an awesome instructor. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly. I like what the Y has to offer and that it is family oriented.
