Everything! I'm a Y kind of person. Love coming in and seeing community in progress. There's always a group in the game room hanging out. Kids doing the rock climbing wall. Classes in progress. I feel less alone when I'm at the Y even if I'm technically there by myself.
Especially love my Zumba and aqua Zumba classes. I tried going to a Planet Fitness. Was not the same! I'm a member for life.

The excellent group exercise classes offered by Linda Smith. They are a critical mainstay of my week and my wellness routine. Linda does a great job of encouraging community, which I also appreciate.
I enjoy Alice Lium’s exercise classes, and Rochelle’s Monday evening water fitness classes, when I can get to them.
Appreciation to the friendly front desk staff, as well.
I like the friendly helpful front desks staff. I especially enjoy the Everfit classes and Bob’s yoga class
