I have been a member of the Y for a very long time. I did not appreciate the customer service from the young man at the desk. He was very rude and unfriendly, no eye contact etc.
Staff are welcoming, equipment and facilities are always clean and maintained, and I’ve never had any issues with other members. I love what the Y does for the community. It feels genuine to me.

The y has so many different things you can do that keep the body active, they have yoga classes, gyms and even basketball courts and swimming it’s a place where me and my friends and even family go frequently
