Lots of options on things to do - weights, classes, swimming and so much more. The facility is clean; the staff are friendly. I love the community feel when you are there. The Y does so much good in our community and beyond.
Great place to work out. Staff are present but stay out of your way machines are usually in good repair in the atmosphere is conducive for fitness training. They don’t have enough mats for stretching and floor exercises!!!

Our family loves it! We use the gyms, pools, and Stay and Play all the time. It's our get-active home away from home.

Many thanks to the staff who let a tired mama who didn't check the pool schedule splash with her baby for 2 minutes this past Sunday between swim classes. I absolutely understand and respect the rules, would never thank you in a public forum because I'd hate to start a trend but your kindness was noted and I appreciated it more than you know. It was a rough morning and splashing around always adjusts our attitude - even 2 minutes worth. Next time, I'll aim for the appropriate family pool hours, promise!
