Beautiful center with enough equipment. Also Nathan was amazing working with my 10 yro son so that he can use the cardio equipment.

I enjoy the classes and the machines and the friendly atmosphere.
That i have multiple facilities to use. I can schedule my visits around work. The staff in the Annapolis Y is just as friendly at Towson. I like that the equipment is not the same between the facilities, so there is variety in the workouts. I like that i rarely have to wait to use a piece of equipment. There is also always a friendly peson to answer questions or to help with an issue.
Clean, open, bright, temperature controlled, great sauna, friendly staff, safe. I only wish the Green Giant smoothie bar would come back.

THE PEOPLE...I did however sign up under a program that was supposed to be free in the month of June, but my credit card was charged $53. I asked the Parkville location and they said they would send an email. I have not heard anything... Any insight?
