Registration for class was easy. Upon arriving for class the receptionist was friendly and courteous.

The staff are always kind, helpful and attentive. The facility is always clean. My entire family enjoys going to the Orakawa Y! It is a wonderful part of our community.
I can sleep easily on the days I exercise at the Y. I struggle sleeping any other day. Therefore, exercising at the Y has improve my life quality.

We never get to make a suggestion - It might be helpful to get some views from the people that use the facility regularly.
The closing of the workout area for new equipment installation was not well communicated. The older gentlemen was rather rude about it. The hours for Christmas week were communicated much better.
The stretching machine and stretching platform should have a 5 or 7 minute time limit. Some people use it like their own personal yoga class and are on it for 15 minutes. It is obnoxious!

The people who work at the Y are the best, especially Bill at the Towson! I was new back to the Y and back to a workout class. He was so kind, helpful, and reminded me immediately why I wanted to come back. Keeping great people attracts members who want to be there to workout and be social in the community.
