Nice facility, it's kept clean, an enjoyable place to work out.
Nothing major really. I just want to comment on the swimming coach. My daughter came for swim team tryout. After it was completed, the coach told us that he would email us the outcome, good or bad, by following Monday. And that never happened. I emailed him several times and never heard from him again. I think at least he should have the courtesy to respond as promised. That was really frustrating. This is about the only negative experience that I had with the staff.
As for women's locker room, I would like the Y (at Towson) to replace the stainless steel soap holders in the shower stalls. Some of them have missing bars that cause stuff to fall through.
The swim instructor is great. She works well with 4 year olds. The locker rooms are very well kept.
The facilities are great and the price is reasonable.

I really like the water exercises. The pool is great. The kids like the climbing wall and the pool. My husband likes the exercise machines as well as doing 2 miles in the lap pool
