The Towson Y is a friendly place with a great variety of classes.
This is a very comprehensive project that motivates and trains. Through it, I've tried group classes that were new to me. It keeps me going on days when I don't feel like working out.
The class selection offers a wide variety and starts early in the evening for workers who can get to a 4:30 or 5:00 p.m. class. The rooms are bright with views of the outdoors and in the summer the rooms are not overly chilled with AC. The fire pit in the lobby is a nice touch, too.
The wonderful instructors and the diverse group of friendly people that use the Y. It’s a great environment.

I love the whole gym experience. Been at the Y for a year now. I love the camaraderie from all the people there. I get encouragement from staff and clients and now I am able to help and encourage others. The staff is always willing to answer questions and offer training tips. So glad we signed up.
No loud music, friendly and helpful employees , variety of Exercise options . Also love fitness challenges

The location and the staff are great. My only complaint is the staff should say something to people who do not wipe down their piece of equipment after use. I see people do this all of the time and it’s just not sanitary. Thanks for listening. Otherwise, I love the Y!
