I always enjoy the Y classes, great yoga and plenty of other strength and conditioning classes. The QueenX Training with Brian has really improved my stamina and strength.

Great equipment, nice people and never over crowded. It has something for everyone and you never feel unwelcome. Nice place to work out and keep fit.

As I always say: I've been going to the Y since I moved here in 1971; and I credit the Y (and the wonderful teachers like Angie and Melissa) with enabling me to reach the advanced age of 83! The friendly support of my fellow classmates helps a lot too.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I use the work out room twice a week to keep upper body strength going. Have taken some classes as well and intend to do more. The staff is great and very helpful.
