Kind caring staff
Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and has alot to offer.
All the staff at the front door are welcoming, competent, very friendly, and promptly answer any questions the customer may have. The customer is welcomed as they enter and wished a great class or time. It is a pleasure to just to leave the facility. You are wished a great day, or weekend. If you have had a bad day before coming to this Y, you will enter and leave feeling acknowledged and uplifted.
I joined for the pool, and if the remainder of the instructors and staff in other areas of this facility are anywhere near the experts at their jobs as the pool instructors and lifeguards, this facility is indeed the place to be. I have had the pleasure to be able to observe many of your swim class instructors. It wasn't my intent to watch, but I was waiting to drip dry before I left on different days, allowing me the opportunity to witness these experts at work. They are great with children of all ages. The instructors are encouraging, fun, and helpful. They watch each child carefully to make sure they are safe, learning, and feel good about the process. These instructors are excellent teachers. Any parent would be lucky to have their children learn to swim from these instructors. They work with each individual to encourage them to develop the skills needed to be competent swimmers. As a retired teacher, I have been so impressed with the expertise and caring nature of your instructors and lifeguards. I would highly recommended joining this Y if you are interested in swim lessons for your children, water fitness classes for yourself, family swim time, and lap swimming. All the instructors are excellent at their job. All the lifeguards are thoughtful, kind, helpful and always friendly. They are very watchful at all times of their customers in the pool. Any age level will always feel safe. The staff at the front, swim instructors, and lifeguards are exceptional. Each time I come, I have enjoyed the culture of your facility. I feel better emotionally and physically. It is just nice to come to someplace and always be welcomed with a smile. I wish all businesses were conducted the way this one is. Businesses could learn a great deal about giving each customer a great service from the way this facility is run. Everyone I have encountered working for this facility seems to enjoy their job. That enthusiasm and positivity is contagious.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. We always have a great time there, from the gym to the pool to the kids area!
The people at the Y are very supportive, assistive, and helpful. Communication is very clear and insightful. Location is very easy to get to with a huge parking space. They have various state of the art machines and inductions. Personal trainers and volunteers to help you with any sport. Their opening hours work well for me. As a mum, I can drop my kids at the children’s center to play while I enjoy other activities at the Y including the gym.

Variety of programs, variety of ages of members, price, and location.
I love this Y! The people are fantastic, both the employees and the fellow Y-goers. I bring my boys for Stay and Play to get a minute to work out. Then, I swim on the weekends. Any time I have to give the Hill Family Center Y a score, it will most likely be a 10. I love the center and the people so much.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, the equipment is well rounded for a good fitness and the pool is a great asset to have. It's also really nice to walk in there and knowing people just from being a member.
The Y consistently provides an excellent experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and warm, the classes, pool, and exercise equipment are perfect for my fitness needs, and the locker room and pool are always exceptionally clean. I highly recommend the Hill Y!
