It's clean and well maintained
Definitely the instructors. They put their heart and soul into this. From Renee who makes everyone feel like part of a bigger family, and how much knowledge she has and shares… to Risten who also is a wealth of knowledge and keeps her eyes on every oerson. Suggesting options as the class moves on. Those two are die hards. They show up and show out. Alexes classes are a fun way to dance through Zumba. She also amazes me. Than the classes. They are great as well.
That as a senior citizen of 65 I can work out in the gym without a bunch of muscle heads just hanging out and looking at each other.
The equipment for me is top notch and clean, and I thank you for that.
One downside of the gym is the person who is assigned to the gym, most of them are clueless on how to operate the equipment like the circuit weight training.

This Y is smaller than other Y’s but maintains a comfortable atmosphere. The equipment is first rate.

Pool
Friendly employees and good environment. The least expensive way (by MILES) to access a year-round pool, summertime splash pad, gymnasium, family activities, ping pong, and pickleball, all for one price.
My kids enjoy the activities that are available to them.
Everyone is friendly and have always had a great experience.
Absolutely love Renee’s cardio dance class! Wish there was an afternoon option around 4:30-5 when school starts!

Westminster YMCA is a great facility and friendly. Spent a ton of my youth at Towson YMCA and equal experience.

the kids are happy because they take the time to get to know the children.it's just an all-time happy place to be for all ages. the younger staff high schoolers are the best part of it all the younger kids really do well and look up to them as adults.its the coolest thing ever
