Everyone is so friendly and supportive! So many friends in the pool and locker room! And all the staff is so helpful!
The one thing I will say is that the hot water in the showers continues to be a problem. One side in the women's showers is cool a good bit, and even the good side will give you a half warm shower and half lukewarm shower sometimes. It never used to be like this - please check it out!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, family oriented
The Y is a great place to go to exercise and meet new like minded people. From day one, it has a real community feel here and I have felt very comfortable coming for the classes and to work out. The staff are friendly, helpful and supportive.
I love the positive attitude of everyone at the Y--from the instructors to the people there to exercise. It is a wonderful place to get and stay healthy!
First and foremost, I like the friendliness of the staff who work there. I like the cleanliness just as much. I like the hours and all of the things offered. I also like that it's not SUPER crowded.
Clean and friendly
The person at the entrance’s desk was welcoming, she was knowledgeable, answered all my questions. When I was leaving she asked me if I had a good experience, she wished me a good day. At the pool the life guard welcome me & show me the lane where I could swim. I am not a member yet. I think I will join.

I like the size of the facility, how quiet and respectful everyone is, and the many choices if equipment available.
The Hill Y is such an amazing community, your staff are phenomenal. I feel safe and unjudged. More importantly, my daughter loves going. She feels comfortable being there and looks forward to going. The opportunity that opens up for us is priceless, especially as a homeschool family.

All employees, members, guests are friendly enjoying to talk with employees friendliness offering to help with any questions or specific goals.
I like the friendly folks and clean facility. My kids are leaving to swim and it's open all the time. I can't wait to start taking classes.
Equipment and classes
First, I like the staff. Always friendly and supportive.
Second, variety of equipment and it's rare that I have to wait. I just move on to another activity until what I want to use is available.
Third, I always wipe the equipment after use. Most of the clients do too. But I appreciate the fact I've seen instructors and trainers wipe down equipment. Safety first!!
The yoga instructor is really excellent at explaining each move. She was great at helping individuals get it right! She has a very kind and caring deaminor.
My wife and I like the welcoming environment. The staff and other members are always friendly and are truly interested in your well being.
