I love that there is something for everyone in my family. I can get a full workout in while my daughters are in the play room (included in my membership, no additional cost) and my son's enjoy the pool, rock wall, computers or ping pong. Then we can all enjoy the pools as a family.

I couldn’t be happier with the Y in Arnold and only wish we’d joined sooner! The classes are high caliber, diverse, and offered at convenient times from morning til night.

Not a fashion-focused gym, but a fitness focused gym.
Clean and always being improved. It seldom smells like sweat.

I've been going to that gym for 25 years. As I've aged, I've always found classes and equipment that meet my needs.
Wide array of offerings in a very nice facility. Fair pricing includes multiple classes with excellent instructors.
Surprisingly poor maintenance of equipment, only so-so cleanliness and an operations culture of "not my job" from the top down.
Also wish towels could be supplied as was done by Merritt.

Staff is friendly. Faciilty is clean at all times. Great hours of operation. Good selection of exercise equipment. Good variety of classes.
Parents night out is the absolute best. Both parents and kids alike in our family look forward to it all month. Thank you so much for this awesome program!!
Also just some positive feedback that we love the recent time change from 5-9 (rather than 5:30-9:30). It's been great!!
We had an excellent time on the NYC bus trip. There were a few snags. The bus breaking down for an hour cut into an already short day, but our guide was very accommodating, patient, and helpful. No one was accidentally left behind or unaccounted for. For our first trip with the Y, my sister and I had a very nice time.

The staff has been very helpful and the machines all seem to be in great working condition. Great class options and plenty of choices for different workouts.
