Variety of classes
Very well maintained, clean and managed. Friendly staff, clean showers with endless hot water. A very wide selection of classes every day, with really good instructors.
Great classes and facility!
Friendly staff, nice amenities, nice classes.
The young man who I signed up with (King is his name) was so nice!~ and then my first class was so much fun! (barre on Thursday night at the Arnold YMCA). It was exactly what I needed! I enjoyed the group so much. I have missed being part of a gym even though I have a Pelaton at home!
Really like the different classes!
I really needed "project you." Thank you so very much for running this. It's making all the difference in my experience with the Y.
Parents night out is a wonderful program. My son enjoyed it and I was able to work at home quietly. A win-win!! Thank you!!
Nice reception up front made my first visit for pickleball enjoyable🙂
The team is very supportive and I enjoy making new friends and staying active. The trainers are so caring and really inspire me to work hard.
The rock wall is so fun for my daughter. We are glad it has reopened.
The staff and facilities, equipment . Very clean and organized with a great location .
Heather is awesome and connects well with us. She is always very informative. Her positive attitude really motivates the team.
I LOVE Heather Smith! She’s knowledgeable and makes group classes individualized.
Heather has been absolutely amazing. She walks the line between friend, advisor and trainer deftly. She pushes us to try something new or to reach the next level through inspiration and encouragement.
The workouts have been themed and varied keeping it fresh each week. We have also learned so many workouts that we could recreate on our own to continue this lifestyle after the program ends.
The absolute best part about Project You with Heather is that she has explained the “why” throughout the project. We have learned why certain exercises are beneficial. We have learned why nutrition is important. We have learned why we need balance in workouts, food and in life. Most importantly we have learned why investing in ourselves is important and learned that we are worth it!
The Project You process thus far has been fulfilling, enlightening and fun and I would absolutely do it again!

I'm addicted to Pickleball and love the opportunity to play!!!! The courts are very well kept, and the other players are friendly. I like all the open times available, since I'm still working part-time. The recent renovation of the club and locker room makes being at this gym even better now!!! I look forward to more pickleball, and some classes too!
Variety of offerings, friendly staff
We have been off again on again members since it was Big Vanilla. All of the updates and changes are great. Everything was modern and fresh!
Friendly people and varied exercise equipment.
So far its been good. I do have one observation. I'm female and I like to shoot hoops sometimes. Several times men have then come over to ask if I want to play with them. I actually have a medical condition that limits me to not playing with anyone to avoid injury to my head and neck so I always decline. On two occasions after I declined men have persisted in asking me a second or third time if I want to play with them/they can join me. This strikes me as sexist/borderline harassing. I checked with my (male) significant other and he agreed if a guy asked another guy to play and the answer was no it would stop there, they wouldn't ask a second or third time. It seem like this is a strategy to "hit" on me and it would be helpful if the Y could somehow do something about it.
Kids love it. Look forward to it every month.
The big room for classes was great! Organized very well, well-lit! I went to Zumba on Monday night and the teacher was great, she gave a lot of modifications which is great for people who are trying to get back into fitness. :)
Large open area to do your own thing. Clean and organized. Only thing that was odd to me was no overhead music to workout to (went with a friend so didn't use headphones).
Friendly and diverse community. New lockers are very good with internal locks so I don't have to bring lock and keep "donating" it when I leave it at the Y.
Reasonable price for membership.

I like how there seems to be a high presence of staff so if I have a question or issue I can easily find someone. I also love the various types of equipment that are available to use.
