What do you like about your Y experience?

I like the friendliness, cleanliness and great equipment in the fitness room. Disappointed that there is such rapid turnover of personal trainers. There may be something wrong with your incentives for those people that makes them leave.

generally good...although I do many classes that require tickets and many people crash the classes w/o tickets

Not a fan of the cleaning dude pushing a paper towel around on the floor of the locker room with his shoe. That's not doing the floors. If you're gonna mop it or whatever then do that. Its Gross

Tai chi is a great class. Our instructor Randell is wonderful

It just needs to be easier to sign up for. I always end up having to go into the Y to register

The lessons and instructor were great. I just wish you had more offerings, I feel as though if I don't see the postings as soon as you put them out we miss out on lesson offerings until the next session.
