i like the Y; however, the parking is atrocious, and, oftentimes a reason I don't want to drive their!!
And, having just returned from the Y in Glen Allen Virginia, (visiting my daughter) their gym has windows everywhere which is so nice when using the tread mills.

I have greatly enjoyed swimming on the masters team this year. I would like to be able to get more lane time for the team - we have many paying members and interest in more lane time.
Everyone who works at the Ellicott City location is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is always clean, parking is adequate, maintenance is excellent. There are so many programs available in many areas, I’m thankful to have this facility in my neighborhood!

I like the friendliness, cleanliness and great equipment in the fitness room. Disappointed that there is such rapid turnover of personal trainers. There may be something wrong with your incentives for those people that makes them leave.

Not a fan of the cleaning dude pushing a paper towel around on the floor of the locker room with his shoe. That's not doing the floors. If you're gonna mop it or whatever then do that. Its Gross
The Seido karate program is excellent for both adults and children. Wonderful experience.
