What do you like about your Y experience?

The kids stay and play Tu-Th open gym has been a fun way to do some gross motor play with my kids on days that are too cold or wet to play outside.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the general atmosphere is family friendly.

We have begun enjoying the water classes, Aqua Arthritis and water Fitness. The instructor Pam is excellent and gives great directions and adaptations of each move.

Also, we plan to explore the exercise equipment and the yoga classes.

When we travel we hope to use the local Ys to keep our progress going.

All instructors and staff friendly and enjoy classes! PARKING a lot of days very difficult. Also female lockers very crowded and spending a lot of time seeking empty ones!
