I love the workout machines and how the room is set up! It is completely functional and the machines are top quality. They are replaced on a regular basis as new models come out or they just wear out.
All the Y associates are of the greatest caliper of people. All are willing to help and if they do not know the answer, they will ask someone who knows.
The 5:00am opener DW is so awake and ready to greet the members! She is an excellent associate and a great asset to your organization.
Amenities and YMCA customer care’s approach of handling members are very impressive.

Water fitness classes are the best. However, classes are often full and people get turned away. There used to be classes in the cold pool and it would be great if those classes could be reinstated.
