I really enjoying going to the Y. It is very clean. The gym is great and supervised. I plan on trying the swim class soon. The yoga was great...the room was a bit crowded. I suggest use another room. A great place to exercise.

Great staff! Need to monitor the ladies locker room better. When I was in there recently, a lady came in with her son. He looked to be about 4 or 5. Glad I was dressed.

I absolutely love the Y. It has changed my life tremendously and the instructors are amazing! I have also met some fabulous people in class and we help to push each other!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I have been to every aqua class and everyone was friendly and helpful. I have attended the cardio dance and Zumba classes everyone there was equally wonderful. I joined to gain strength, loose weight and reduce my cholesterol. All of those were accomplished. I even gained a little muscle and lost several inches from my waist. Moreover I unexpectedly gained so many encouraging friends who push me to be a healthier me. I love this Y :)

What do you like about your Y experience?

I enjoy the vibrant family atmosphere. The variety of classes and helpful staff. I would like more space in the work out room for floor exercise. The mats there always seem to be full. Otherwise, this is an excellent club.
