I wanted to apologize for my son missing his appointment to go over the gym machinery on Thursday at 11 am. I had planned to cancel since Liam’s Dad had a family member pass and they ended up going to his funeral.
I was on my way to a class at 10 when I had to turn around due to Wheel Rd being closed. It did not have a sign stating it was closed so it had created a huge mess with all the cars trying to turn around and then I forgot to cancel. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The staff is amazing. The facility is clean. The stay 'n' play team are so kind and sweet towards my toddler. The water zumba is the best with Ms. Erin. The entire team is excellent at the Y. My toddler and I always meet amazing people at this location, Abingdon. I am proud to call the Y in Abingdon our home facility. Thank you all for your kindness and care.
Good equipment, friendly staff, clean facility
Variety of fitness classes with great instructors. Lots of machines. Very clean.
The equipment is kept in good working order. The people working there seem to be able to answer most questions, and help instruct people on how to use the various machines. The building appears to be well maintained, and staff is helpful and friendly, for the most part.
I enjoy working out once I am there. It's never too crowded, I can always get on a machine I want.
The variety of classes is great. And I feel perfectly comfortable in the gym. Love that!!

The water classes I have attended so far excellent
receiving answers about active trax and fit quest for teens were wrong after I verify with a flyer was ok the folder. At front desk they told me wrong. Hope to fix it tomorrow
I love how diverse the Y community is. Everyone seems very friendly. I also like that the facility seems well maintained.
