friendly staff
I enjoy the water fitness classes. I love the different shower rooms. However the staff are not making it clear that Moms and adult females may accompany the girls in the girls shower room because groups of them swarm the womens shower room

Great for family, Y has a little of everything that satisfies family with kids from swimming to the nursery play room, to weights fitness, basketball, Spin room, rock climbing and other classses.

I had an absolutely amazing time at YMCA Abingdon, MD! The facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of fitness options to cater to everyone's needs. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist 5 am staff Kayla & Lynn . The positive and inclusive atmosphere made every visit enjoyable. Whether it was the well-maintained gym equipment, engaging group classes, or the refreshing pool, YMCA Abingdon had it all! The staff is very friendly and they were able to help us get a membership so my son could continue swim lessons and the facilities are always clean

Great place, only disappointment is some equipment in gym has only one so you waiting for someone to get off. I.e. butterfly for chest and back.

I like the family-friendly atmosphere for my children to enjoy and feel safe. They love the variety of activities offered especially swimming and rock climbing. Time spent at the Y is valuable and we look forward to coming as often as we can.
