The Y in Abingdon has something for everyone!! For a reasonable monthly fee I enjoy a variety of great group exercise classes with fantastic instructors, free preschool Lil Movers classes for my grandkids , affordable swim lessons and free open swim, free rock climbing , Parents night Out …… and much more that I don’t have time to mention! We even get to use YMCAs all over the country when we travel!! I recommend the Y to all!!

The front staff is always friendly. The whole facility is always clean. The swimming pool water fitness classes are great. Excellent instructors.

The first time in using the facility was great. Reggie helped identify where the sanitization wipes were. He was kind and helpful. He made sure to thank us and let us know if we needed any further help He was there. Very nice experience.
