I love how helpful the staff is and the comfortable environment that they create - everyone is welcome at the Y, and even though I’m a novice, I’ve never felt out of place there. It’s great for families too!

The friendly staff members are great.

One thing would really be improved: The CYBEX machines that are sort of like ellipticals, but not really, should be replaced. Please get TRUE ellipticals. There are only 5 or 6, and they fill up before other machines, because they are much better. The Y should never buy another one of the CYBEX 'fake' ellipticals. The reason I say this is that the arm movements of the CYBEX are the exact opposite of what they should be--they work against the natural movement that a person has (i.e., right arm forward when the left foot is forward, etc.).

Also, you need more stair stepper machines.
