I like that the Y helps my family with financial aid so we can have a healthier life style together, the stay and play is also amazing, it give me time to focus on my health needs, I my kids love they Y, best family place ever

What do you like about your Y experience?

I like the friendliness of the staff. I’m getting use to the recent changes in machine setup. I hope to learn how to use free weights. It would be great if the Y would offer some free basic how to use free weights sessions. What happened to the HGTV channel on the treadmills??!!

What do you like about your Y experience?

Regarding the Catonsville Rolling Road location, I like the standard hours and the extra exercise that I get by always walking to the YMCA.

However, changes to the standard hours are not adequately communicated to people who do not have smart phones. For example, after I walked to this location, then I learned of the closures for the special event 1/12/2020 and for the recent equipment replacement.

Considering that this email was sent to me, why not also send emails announcing changes to the standard hours?

Promoting Christina was the best decision the Y has made in a long time. I’m excited to see all she will bring to the facility! New equipment and reorganizing the space to make it more user friendly has been a great start!

a variety of equipment. I wished you could schedule classes ahead of time like it used to be, instead of them just running constantly.
