Feel like it’s home. Have been there 16 years. The staff is friendly and they always greet you and say goodbye too. Equipment is rarely backed up. Great facility.

It has a different feel from the dancel center I usually go to.. I like the free weight bars better as they have a bigger circumference

It feels roomier as well.

I like activtrax which helps me stay on track. The facilities are clean and the staff is very helpful. When I first started there wasn't a large area to work out on mats and they rearranged and created an area, which is great.

I can go to any YMCA in the area, at almost any time, and get a good workout. The machines are well maintained, there is always staff available, and there is ample parking.
