We enjoy our swimming classes at the Y! My kids have been a bit lethargic after a year of quarentine. I signed them up for swim classes at the Y to learn proper strokes. I love the energy I see in both of them since the classes began!
It was great. I felt so much safer in the outdoors! The teacher was very welcoming, and very exact in the right ways to do the exercises too. I have not done Y exercise classes in over 14 months, so was so thrilled!!!!!!
